Artists and others are urged to submit photographs in the first instance, rather than originals. These should be addressed to “The Editor.” Stamps for return should always be sent, and the name and address of the sender must be clearly written on every MS., photograph, etc. All notes and articles should be typewritten. Contributions and specimens of work submitted by hand must be left for consideration for a day or two.
