Terms of sale

Article 1. Purpose and scope
These terms of sale (hereinafter the “Terms of Sale”) govern all sales concluded on gargantuart.com (hereinafter “the Site”), namely:
- recurring subscriptions giving access to the content and features described in the plan subscribed to;
- one-off purchases of digital content (journals, books), available in the buyer’s personal library.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which supplement the terms of service.
Article 2. Identity of the seller
The seller is INTERNET ART SOLUTIONS, a French SARL with a share capital of EUR 1,500, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 539 998 328, whose registered office is at 3 rue Bonaparte, 75006 Paris, France (hereinafter “the Seller”). EU VAT number: FR33 539998328. Contact: contact@gargantuart.com.
Article 3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, with VAT applicable at the rate in force on the day of the order. The Seller is subject to VAT (EU VAT number: FR33 539998328).
The Seller may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. For ongoing subscriptions, any price change is notified to the subscriber before taking effect, at the earliest at the next renewal date.
Article 4. Ordering and payment
Payment is made online through the secure Stripe payment platform. The accepted payment methods are those offered by Stripe at the time of the order, including major payment cards.
Payment details are entered in the Stripe module and transmitted in encrypted form; the Seller never has access to card numbers. The order becomes firm and final once payment has been validated, which is confirmed by email.
Article 5. Delivery of content
Content purchased individually and access linked to a subscription are provided immediately after payment has been validated: the content becomes available in the buyer’s personal library, from their account. No physical shipment is made.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal
Sales concluded on the Site concern digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which begins immediately after payment. In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these contracts where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of that right.
At the time of each purchase, the buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
Article 7. Subscriptions
- Duration and renewal: the subscription is taken out for the duration indicated in the plan (monthly or yearly) and is tacitly renewed for periods of the same duration.
- Cancellation: subscribers can cancel at any time from their account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access is maintained until that date.
- Refunds: periods already started are not refunded pro rata, unless otherwise required by law.
Article 8. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint may be sent to contact@gargantuart.com. If no amicable solution is found, consumers may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator to which the Seller belongs: Association MEDIATION-NET, 3 rue des Morillons, 75015 Paris, France.

Article 9. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.
