The design may include the King’s head or may be purely symbolical. Drawings, which must be executed in pen and ink, may be made any size suitable for reduction to the proper dimensions. A description of the colour or colours to be given. The shape of the present stamp need not be retained, but owing to the requirements of the perforation the shape must necessarily be rectangular.
